We take great care to ensure that all parts supplied are of high quality and sourced to meet the requirements of agricultural and tractor machinery. Due to the nature of used parts, we cannot provide a performance guarantee on used parts once fitted.

Factors such as installation, operating conditions, maintenance, and application are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring that parts are suitable for their intended use and are fitted correctly by a qualified person where appropriate.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Unless otherwise stated, used parts supplied by Nick Young Tractor Parts are sold without an additional warranty. 

As used parts are consumable items and we have no control over installation, operation, or maintenance, we cannot guarantee service life or performance once fitted. 

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or has been supplied incorrectly, please notify us promptly so that we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution where applicable. 

Delivery charges are calculated based on the highest applicable delivery band within your order, your chosen delivery method, and the delivery destination. 

For orders containing multiple items, postage and packaging charges will not exceed a single charge based on the highest delivery band applicable to the products ordered. 

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom and select international destinations. International customers may be responsible for local import duties, taxes, and customs charges. 

Whilst we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We cannot accept liability for delays caused by couriers, customs procedures, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 

Under UK distance selling regulations, you may cancel your order within 14 working days of receiving your goods. 

Returned items must be sent back at the customer's cost and risk. Goods should be returned in the condition in which they were received. 

Parts ordered incorrectly by the customer are generally not eligible for return. Returns may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking charge of up to 20% of the item's value. 

If goods are damaged, defective, supplied incorrectly, or supplied in an incorrect quantity, you must notify us within 3 working days of delivery so that we can investigate and resolve the issue. 

Refunds for approved returns will be processed as soon as possible once the goods have been received and inspected.
